Bain Capital invests in Bridge Data Centres (BDC).
Established its presence in Cyberjaya, Malaysia and expands operations to Mumbai, India.
Became a portfolio company under Bain Capital.
Entered Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Established a new facility in Johor, Malaysia.
Expanded into Bangkok through the acquisition of an existing facility, enabling rapid market entry and operational scale without the need for greenfield construction.
Further expanded its operations in Johor, Malaysia, and achieved Malaysia Digital (MD) Status Status for MY03 & MY06, by Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC).
Continued expanding in Johor, Malaysia, and became the largest data centre operator with live capacity in Malaysia.
In March 2025, BDC secured a landmark investment underscoring our long-term commitment to digital infrastructure growth in the region, of US$2.8 billion in bank financing, to accelerate hyperscale data centres development across Malaysia, Thailand, and the APAC region.
